Find Your Rose
During the Summer blooming season is the ideal time for discovering a rose that matches the “red” on your color palette. Montezuma, Sparten, and vintage Floradora are coral reds. Armstrong is a red for some Summer types. All the velvety reds relate to Winters.
Find the rose that matches your blush tone or related red on your palette.
When you find “your” red rose, you might grow it in a pot or plant it in your garden. Use it as a signature, single bloom on your desk or dressing table.
Spill the petals in your bathwater, or wear it in your hair or pinned to your dress or jacket. Place a large bowl of them on your coffee table or stick a bloom in the bow on a gift you are giving. Take a photo and print them on note cards. Of course if there’s another flower that relates to you more than a rose, you can use that flower as your signature bloom instead!
